LAS CRUCES (Aug. 7, 2012) – The New Mexico State volleyball team opens its 2012 season with its first practices, Wednesday, Aug. 8, at the Pan American Center beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Practices are open to the public and will run from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and from 2:30-5:00 p.m. each day through next week. The 2012 Aggies will have a preseason press conference on Aug. 23 at 1:30 p.m., in the football meeting rooms, located on the north end of the stadium.
NM State opens up its 2012 season, with the Annual Alumni Match, Saturday, August 30, at 7:00 p.m. in the Pan American Center. The Aggies open the regular season with the Northern Illinois Tournament in DeKalb, Ill., Aug. 24-25. NM State will face Wichita State, North Dakota State and Northern Illinois before returning home to host the 2012 NM State Volleyball Tournament, Aug. 31-Sept. 1. The tournament in Las Cruces features Drake, Northwestern, Cincinnati and NM State and will be held in the Pan American Center.
Season tickets are available through the NM State ticket office and they can be purchased in person at the Pan American Center ticket office or over the phone by calling 575-646-1420.
