Congratulations to Oñate High School’s Alexis Benda for signing with Metropolitan State University.
Benda has been a threat at OH her entire high school career, amassing a total of 838 kills. In her senior campaign, Benda racked up 331 kills, with a 39.6% hitting percentage.
Metro, located in Denver, Colorado is a member of NCAA Division II, and competes in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). The Roadrunners have found success under head coach Jenny Glenn, having consistently been ranked in the Top 25 during her first year at Metro.
